Yea!! Yesterday I completed the 3rd week of this wicked awesome dvd!!
I am working on toning up for summer and have done this
video every tuesday and thursday while mixing it
in with my running routine!!
Using 8 pound weights I have had sore days and
days where I feel really strong! Hoping to go up
to 10 pounds (in lifting weights) before May!
