FC DALLAS

Brittany and I went on a party bus to see the Houston Dynamo game against FC Dallas on Thursday. We left the FC Dallas area about 2 and got to Houston around 7 or 8 . We danced, sang, watched movies and ate the whole way down there. We got back to Dallas around 4 am on Friday cold and tired but going to Houston was a blast for my very first time!

At the Houston game where the sunset was gorgeous and we tied the game so it was a successful trip to support the team.

So we discovered the slide and it was an interesting adventure to say the least ... attempt 1..
KC got stuck on the slide and had to crawl down it but it was worth it once we discovered the best way to go down the slide there was no stopping us from acting like we were 10 again!!
KC , you and Kinley and Chance will be missed while you guys are in Florida!!

Race for the Cure

It began early Saturday morning around 6 am getting the kids up and dressed ready for the big race!! We were all so excited but of course we needed our fuel which is Starbucks iced coffees to get us going! Decked out head to toe in pink I was pumped for the race...my running socks are also pink and really cute!



Everyone in front of the sign at the start of the race. We also saw The Chic-fil-A cows and Ronald McDonald warming up with jazzercise! We walked the race with the twins and had to stop for a restroom break mid race so our time was 1 hour and 11 minutes which is not the best time for a 5k so KC and I will begin training soon for next years race to have a better time and no stops! After the race was over we picked up all the sponsor freebies including free Einstein bagels!!

Ross and I met at church while we were both in college and dated long distance for a while until he graduated and moved back to Texas! He is the sweetest and cutest boy I know!

It's a sleep over

KC, Kinley, and Chance came over for a sleep over and well girl time for KC and I...
We enjoyed bridezilla, planning our future weddings, and discovering how KC gets great deals on Ralph Lauren shoes...they sold her the wrong size ( 8 & 5)!! My apartment is now baby proof!

Sex and the City


Reem and I saw Sex and the City on Friday night after dinner at Mi Cocina at legacy and loved it!
Of course I didn't like the way it was going at first but Reem reminded me that sometimes life isn't always a fairy tale.

We loved the shoes and handbags...I am saving up for my very on Louis V.
